Convenience and pampering: De Papillon has a well-stocked supermarket and a modern snack bar. In the cosy "De Happerij", you can enjoy a delicious meal and/or drink. Spacious camping pitches give a feeling of freedom. Room to yourself with and surrounded by a pleasant vacation atmosphere. The camping pitches are spread out over smaller fields which are surrounded by forests. luxurious and practical bathroom facilities are located nearby. In the extra luxurious "comfort"-pitches, you have access to 10 Amp/2200 Watt electricity, water supply, tv and radio cable connection and a sewer system. Nature at De Papillon: Next to the campgrounds, we have designed our own nature reserve, with a stunning footpath along heather and wild water habitats. Within cycling distance you will find an exquisite nature reserve, a zoo, a castle dating back te the Middle Ages and a cruise boat boarding point. Have you ever made your own candles or seen an original, functioning water-powered sawmill? Oldenzaal, Ootmarsum, Nordhorn(D) Bad Bentheim (D) are all towns for a fun day out.
